How to Configure Dex and Gangway for Active Directory Authentication in TKG

This is loosely based off of the instructions at https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Tanzu-Kubernetes-Grid/1.0/vmware-tanzu-kubernetes-grid-10/GUID-manage-instance-authentication.html with some help from https://brianragazzi.wordpress.com/2020/05/12/configure-tanzu-kubernetes-grid-to-use-active-directory/.  It was not a trivial process but the end result was worth it…being able to access your TKG clusters via an AD username/password.
